Subsidies and Tax exemption 

Tunwal Lithino Pro does not have a FAME 2 subsidy. People believe this is a Chinese electric scooter, so there is no subsidy. But this is just one side of the coin; the other side is the manufacturing cost. In the case of Ather 450X, it is a Made in India high speed and high-quality product. On the other hand, Tunwal Lithino Pro is a low-speed, NON-RTO vehicle, so it is not eligible for subsidy.

License, Registration, and Insurance

In Tunwal Lithino Pro Electric Scooter, you do not need license registration and insurance. The display shows speeds up to 45 kmph when running it in high mode. Most of the time, the rate shown in the meter needs to be corrected. Even if we assume that its speed is more than 25, according to the RTO rule, if the speed is more than 25 kmph, still license is not required if motor power is only 250 watts.
