After a long wait, India's first electric sports bike has launched, the new Ultraviolette F77. It is entirely designed and developed in India at a starting price of 3, 80,000 (ex-showroom). Now it is India's fastest sailing electric bike because it is one of the highest ranges among all the electric bikes in India.
The new Ultraviolette F77 is offered in two new variants. One of the variants is the F77 Recon at the price of 4.55 lakh and the other top variant F77 Limited comes at the price tag of Rs. 5.50 lakh. All the prices are given ex-showroom prices. It comes in three attractive colours which are Shadow, Laser, and Airstrike.
This Ultraviolette F77 electric bike is designed to give the best to the customers. It has multiple connected features that improve your full experience at another level about F77. It comes with A TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and also smartphone connectivity. It is also equipped with all LED lighting, Navigation control, Ride analytics, Advanced & Intuitive UI, Machine diagnostics, Ride telemetry, dual channel ABS, Geofencing, and detection.
This F77 model powers the 29 kW electric motor producing 95 Nm. It also gets a large battery pack of 10.5 kWh weighing 70 kg. Ultraviolette F77 claims a top speed of up to 147 kmph with a 0-60 kmph acceleration in just 3 seconds. It can go up to the range of 307 km on a full charge. The battery pack of Ultraviolette F77 comes with 5 levels of most safety features which take hardly 5 hours to get 0 to 100 percent charge.
This electric bike enhanced your extra braking power with sharp-designed Discs brakes at both ends with switchable dual ABS. Ultraviolette F77 gets an advanced swingarm, ensuring better riding comfort and improved performance on the upper level. It also comes in three different riding modes Glide, Combat, and Ballistic
If we talk about license & registration, it is a high-powered electric bike of 29 Kw and gives a top speed of up to 147 kmph. So, you do need registration and a license to ride this electric bike.
This Ultraviolette F77 model gets an 8-year of warranty on the battery which is armed with an Aluminium IP-67-rated enclosure with ingress protection against water and dust.
In the terms of subsidy, the two subsidies are available in India, FAME II is the standard one and can be availed in any part of the country. The basic criteria that an electric two-wheeler should meet for eligibility for the FAME II is a minimum range of 80 km on one charge and at least should be 40 kmph of speed.
However, this Ultraviolette F77 electric bike is eligible for the FAME II subsidy.
Apart from the FAME II, buyers can also avail of the state subsidies which are available in various parts of India. The amount varies as per the state since some of them offer a fixed incentive while others considered the battery capacity.
