Yobykes Yo Edge DX is a low-speed electric scooter. This electric scooter is equipped with an LED headlight, LED taillight, LED turn signal lamp, Remote Start, Side stand sensor, Reverse mode, Find your vehicle, and Push-button start.

Further, It includes a Passenger backrest, Passenger footrest, Riding modes, DRLs (Daytime Running light), ABS or CBS, Stylish alloy wheel fitted with tubeless tires. Furthermore, It has a DISC brake at the front and a DRUM brake at the rear end of the wheel to enhance safety for rides on the road.

Moreover, The suspension duties are managed by a Telescopic fork at the front and a Swing Arm with a Shock absorber at the rear end.

The ARAI has claimed it can travel a riding range of around 60 km/ch on a single charge with a top speed of 25 km/h. This electric scooter accelerates (0-25kmph) in 3.9 seconds quickly.

Yobykes Yo Edge DX runs on a battery capacity of 60V, 20Ah Portable. The Li-ion rechargeable battery ensures that the scooter is long-lasting and can get easily charged. The scooter can easily get fully charged within 3-4 hours from any charging stations set up all over the country.

Subsidies and Tax exemption on Yobykes Yo Edge DX

For government subsidy, the electric scooter should have a range of 80 km per single charge and a top speed of 40 km/h. Whereas Yobykes Yo Edge DX has a range of 60 km per single charge, the main thing is a NON-RTO vehicle. That's why Yo Edge DX isn't eligible for Fame2 subsidy or other subsidies.

License, Registration, and Insurance

Yobykes Yo Edge DX is a NON-RTO electric scooter. The insurance is optional. You do not need a license and registration for this. The company says that its top speed is 25 km/h, but in real life, it easily goes 35 km/hr in a single load. But as the battery decreases, speed also decreases.
