The ARAI has claimed it can travel a riding range of around 75 km/ch in a single charge with a top speed of 55 km/h. This electric scooter accelerates quickly  (0-40 kmph) in 8 seconds.

The first condition is the Range which should be 80 km on a single charge, and the second is the top speed which should be 40 km/hr. The top speed of the Ampere Magnus is 55 km/hr, which is very good, but the range the company claims is 70 km.

The Range can be even less depending on the driving style and road condition. The Magnus violates a rule for subsidy as it does not have a range of 80 km on a single charge.

• The Controller of an electric vehicle receives an electric pulse from the throttle (Switch/Sensor) and allows the electric current to flow from the battery to the Motor. The motor hub rotates at speed based on the Motor's current input.
