Cosbike Electra ER is a low-speed electric scooter. It is the traditional classic retro-looking electric scooter in India. It has many advanced features such as a Remote Locking System with an Anti-Theft feature, Multi-information Dashboard, Large boot space, a side stand sensor, Rear end carrier, a Long or comfortable seat, Low running cost, and Modern looking Alloy wheel fitted with Tubeless Tyres.

In terms of design, the Electra ER electric scooter is equipped with a round shape headlight setup, body integrated turn indicators light, Attractive looking taillight and chrome finished round shape looking rearview mirror. The suspension duties are managed by Hydraulic telescopic suspension at the front and Hydraulic Damping at the rear end.

For safety, Electra ER electric scooter is equipped with a DISC brake at the front and a DRUM brake setup at the rear end with the standard braking system. It is the perfect match for people who want to switch to zero carbon emissions. Apart from this, it has some key features like DRL Headlamp, Keyless Entry, and Mobile Charging USB Port.

The ARAI has claimed Cosbike Electra ER electric scooter can travel a riding range of around 85 km/ch on a single charge with a top speed of 25 km/h. This electric scooter accelerates quickly.

Battery and Charging details

Cosbike Electra ER runs on a battery capacity of 60 V/24 Ah. The Li-ion rechargeable battery ensures that the scooter is long-lasting and can get easily charged. The scooter can easily get fully charged within 4-5 hours from any of the charging stations set up all over the country.

Motor and Power 

Cosbike Electra ER generates a max power of 250W BLDC Hub motor mounted in the Rear Wheel with water and dust resistance that allows you to ride on any weather and terrain.

Display and Screen details

Cosbike Electra ER scooter has a digital display with a digital dashboard. It has a digital console that helps you with Recording Studios, Public Address systems, Sound reinforcement systems, broadcasting, television, and film post-production.

It gives you a digital clock to track the time. Also, it has a Speedometer, clock, low battery indicator, and a more useful function that gives speed information. Apart from this, a Trip meter informs how many kilometers your scooter has covered.

Subsidies and Tax exemption on Cosbike Electra ER

The good thing is you don’t need a driving license but bad thing is that NON-RTO scooters don’t have subsidies. For any electric scooter to get a subsidy, certain criteria have to be met. The two-wheeler should have a range of 80 km on a single charge and a top speed of 40 kmph.

License, Registration, and Insurance

Electra Er electric scooter does not require vehicle registration and driving under GSR-291(E) as per ICAT test report No – ICAT/BOV – 2326/2019 – 20/P – 0213 issued on 24th Aug. 2020.
