Odysse Racer Overview

Odysse Racer is a high-speed electric scooter. This electric scooter has many features, including the attractive style twin LED headlight setup, an LED taillight, LED turn indicators, long or comfortable seat, no boot space, passenger backrest, push start button, and two riding modes, reverse mode, and tubeless tires.

The electric scooter rides on stylish alloy wheels suspended by telescopic forks and spring-loaded hydraulic at the rear. It has a DISC brake at the front and a DRUM brake at the rear to enhance safety features in an electric scooter.

The entry-level stylish electric scooter also features an anti-theft lock system, music system, Bluetooth connectivity, USB charging port, keyless entry, Front pocket and hook, Hand brake system, automatic transmission, and Remote start.

Range and Speed of Odysse Racer

The ARAI has claimed it can travel a riding range of around 70 km/ch in a single charge with a top speed of 45 km/h. This electric scooter accelerates quickly in 4.2 seconds.

Battery and Charging details of Odysse Racer

Odysse Racer runs on a battery capacity of 72 V/28 Ah. The Li-ion rechargeable battery ensures that the scooter is long-lasting and can get easily charged. The scooter can quickly get fully charged within 3.5 hours from any charging station across the country.

Odysse Racer generates a max power of 1200W BLDC Hub motor mounted in Rear Wheel with water and dust resistance that allows you to ride on any weather and terrain.

Odysse Racer has a digital display with a digital dashboard. It has a digital console and digital clock to track the time. Also, it has a Speedometer, clock, low battery indicator, and a more practical function that gives speed information. Apart from this, a Trip meter informs how many kilometers your scooter has covered.

Subsidies and Tax exemption on Odysse Racer

In Odysse Racer electric scooter, you do not get a FAME 2 subsidy from the central government. Still, it does get state government subsidies like 5000 Rs in Rajasthan, 10000 Rs in Delhi, and 20000 rS in Gujarat. There is no subsidy for this scooter in Maharashtra yet. Still, it will start getting state government subsidies in June or July.

License, Registration, and Insurance

Odysse Racer scooter comes in 2 variants. One is Racer Lite, a NON-RTO low-speed scooter that does not require a license or registration. The other is the Odysse Racer, which has a top speed of more than 45 kmph and is an RTO high-speed scooter with a license, registration, and insurance.
